We’ll need 3 reports from your Escapia system to keep the information current in your Dashboard and pull in historical data. *Note that these should all be exported and saved as .csv (comma delimited) files. 

In Escapia, run:

Property ID List:
Units > Reports > Property ID List > Show Inactive Units = True, Show Exclude from Grid = False, Show Address 2 = True > Save/Export (drop down menu) as a .csv (comma delimited) file named PropertyIDList (exactly)

Property Detail Report:
Units > Reports > Property Detail Report > Show Inactive Units = True > Show Units Not On Grid = False > Save/Export (drop down menu) as a .csv (comma delimited) file named PropertyDetailReport (exactly)

Custom Property Detail Report (name is possibly a little different):
Unit > Reports > Custom Detail Report > Save/Export (drop down menu) as a .csv (comma delimited) file named
PropertyCustomDetailReport (exactly)



Have the 3 reports in the previous question been run as .csv files, saved and emailed to implementation@keydatadashboard.com? *

*Once Escapia has closed your ticket and you see Key Data in EscapiaNet as a network partner, please check off each unit that you'd like to come over to your Key Data Dashboard and email gina@keydatadashboard.com that it has been completed. *

Do you use either of the following? If so, please send us (implementation@keydatadashboard.com) a spreadsheet showing the Property IDs from your PMS as well as the VRBO and/or Airbnb URLs associated with each. These will be used to properly identify your properties in your OTA Supply data. *For Sojo dashboards, this is not necessary and you can just answer "No" here. *
