Registration includes (1) 10’ x 10’ space that will be assigned to the vendor at a non-refundable donation of $20.00 - payable here:  https://faithlife.com/gcc-gregory/give?funds=34685. There will be a maximum of 20 spaces available on a first come, first signed basis. Please include your payment to Gregory Community Church for the cost when submitting this application. Craft show hours are from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm during the 4 th of July festivities. Setup time is Saturday July 3 rd at 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm, and before 9:00 am on Sunday. All Booths must be taken down and removed from the premises by Monday July 5 th at 3:00 pm.

ALL BOOTH SPACE IS OUTSIDE and vendors are responsible for their own protection from the weather. Vendors are strongly encouraged to bring or rent a tent / pavilion. You must be set-up and have all vehicles/trailers off the grounds 1 hour before the event opens. No electricity is available. Vendors must clean up all trash in their space.

The Vendor, and representative signed below agrees to accept full responsibility for the quality of any and all goods sold by the vendor and the vendor’s organization at the 4 th of July Craft Show. Vendor agrees to be open during the entire event on Sunday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Please include a Certificate of Insurance for public liability coverage of not less than $1,000,000.00 per occurrence for bodily injury and property damage liability.

I (we) and our heirs, executors, and administration further agree to waive and release any and all rights and claims or damages we may accrue against Gregory Community Church and its leadership, the City of Gregory, Gregory Community Events, and their representatives, successors and assignors for any and all injuries suffered by us or any of us at the event. I (We) further agree and understand that all vendor spaces are located outside and that all applications accepted and processed for participation are nonrefundable.
