In a normal year, for our away competitions, we would expect all of our players to ride to and home from the game on the team bus.  However, due to COVID-19, part of the registration process has each family sign off on a transportation waiver.  The purpose of the transportation waiver has 2 purposes:
1) The waiver allows families to drive their child to games if they would prefer to not use the bus.
2) Bus capacity limits have been reduced to 26 individuals on a bus due to COVID-19 for high school students. As a result, the district will try to provide transportation to all games, however a bus may not be available and parents will have to provide transportation.

In order for the Activities Office to determine how many families may provide their own transportation to and from games and opt out of District transportation, please complete this form.

When you are filling out this response form, please keep in mind:

1.  Players will only be allowed to ride with their own parent(s).
2.  Players will still be expected to arrive at the competition at the same time as their team (this will be distributed on a weekly basis).
3.  If you choose to drive your player to away games, you are committing to drive him/her to ALL away games.  This response form will be used to determine the number of buses we need, so we cannot have varying numbers.
4.  If you choose to drive your player to away games, you are consenting to carry the liability for such transportation as this is optional (a bus will be provided for players who do not ride with a parent).
5.  If you choose to drive your player to away games, you will not be compensated by the football program or the school district.
6.  Understand that buses will be ordered for events based on the number of players who need to ride the bus - so please look at the calendar/schedule and your own availability before committing to driving your player.
