Why is this register important?
This template is for Priestley to track Lateral Flow Device (LFD) test results offline. It is important to record results offline so we know when a staff member has tested positive, or gets a void result. If you are reporting a positive result, please isolate immediately, inform HR and book a confirmatory PCR test.
