Phantom National Poetry Day 2021        Registration Form

This is where you register your interest in managing an event and apply for seed-funding for our 2021 nationwide celebration of poetry.  Please fill in the basic details below to give us an idea of the event you have in mind. Be brief, but clear as your funding may depend on your description!

If you're applying for funding, we want to make things easier for you. If your bank account and contact details are unchanged from 2019, we only need your 2021 event title and basic description.

If you have other sponsorship arranged, list this too. We encourage event coordinators to seek additional sponsorship from other community partners.)
