Instructions to Students filling up scholarship form:

1.Make sure to write your permanent mobile number( Do not write temporary mobile number which you are going to change in short while)
2.Create an email account preferably in Gmail( in order to fill online data whenever required)
3.Open a bank account in SBI(preferable) (if not opened yet)
4.Keep bank details like saving account number, IFSC code ,Branch name etc. ready with you.
