Please fill out the following form to give us the information we need to register you and your guest for the Celebration of Excellence 2024. You and your guest will be seated at a table with your Distinguished Student’s family and HEF supporters. Should other members of your family or friends wish to attend, they are welcome to do so at a cost of $30.00 per ticket.
