Groups must update their chart repertory themselves.

Do you need to update your chart repertory?

1. Log into the BHS Member Center and click Manage My SCs (in the top menu bar).

2. Along the left side, locate your group and click its link.

3. Navigate to Repertory (located just below Entries), and click View All.

For legal/verification purposes, this has to be done by the group admin, not Customer Service or the DRCJ.

Do you want someone else to do this on your behalf?

Unfortunately, others, such as the DRCJ or BHS Customer Service, are not authorized to do this for you. This is because they cannot vouch that it has been legally obtained for your group.

To remove a chart from your repertory...

Click the arrow to the right of the chart, and select Delete.

To add an existing chart to your repertory (already available in the Barberscore catalog):

1. Click New

2. In the Chart box, search for the chart name.

3. If the chart title (and arranger) matches, click its link and Save.

To add a new chart to your repertory (not already in the Barberscore catalog):

1. Obtain a digital copy of the sheet music (PDF or photo such as JPEG or GIF.

2. Make sure the title, arranger, composer, and (cleared) copyright info is visible.

3. Send a copy of the sheet music* or the first page to charts@barberscore.com.

Requests may take 24-48 hours, but you will get a response.

*For a medley, you must submit the full copy of the music.
