Volunteer Positions - Shifts are approximately 3 hours long

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Positive attitude
• Able to follow instructions
• Able to work well independently or in a group
• Problem solving skills
• Previous experience is an asset but not required
• Festival will happen rain or shine

1) Festival Set Up

• Loading and unloading equipment and tools
• Moving equipment and tools to staging areas
• Various set up activities could include: assembling tents, setting up tables and chairs, helping with audio-visual equipment, hanging or putting up signage, decorating
• Running various errands
• Interacting and communicating effectively with people of all ages and backgrounds
• Assisting artists with any needs

2) Festival Tear Down and Clean Up

• Loading and unloading equipment and tools
• Moving equipment and tools
• Various tear down activities could include: Taking down tents and repacking, deconstructing stage, taking down tables and chairs, packing up all audio-visual equipment, removing all signage, collection of all Arts related items from around the festival grounds
• Running various errands
• Interacting and communicating effectively with people of all ages and backgrounds
• Assisting artists with any needs

3) Information and Hospitality

• Greeting and welcoming volunteers, performers, and festival-goers
• Providing information and answering questions
• Assisting artists
• Helping keep area clean and tidy
• Running various errands
• Providing guests with a positive experience
