We are professors from The Education University of Hong Kong and The Chinese University of Hong Kong seeking to provide basic financial knowledge to Hong Kong women. We aim to train women to become ambassadors in financial literacy who will share their knowledge with other women.

We will provide six-hours (in two sessions) of basic financial literacy training free-of-charge to selected applicants in the spring of 2022. Before the training begins, participants will be invited to attend a 2-hour Kick-Off Meeting in early 2022. The meeting and training will most likely be held at The Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Women of all ages and income levels are welcome to apply. In the event of over-enrollment, priority will be given to unmarried women.

All information provided here shall be used for the sole purpose of organizing the WEFL programme. Participants will be informed if they have been selected for this programme by mid-December 2021.
