In this support group, we gather to reflect, meditate and share. Connect to others and reach out, and this will be a brand new start. Let go of what you don’t need anymore and welcome the nourishment and new energy to embrace 2022. Together, stronger.

 Led by HCPC registered dramatherapist – Ling
 Support group is therapeutic but not therapy group
 Group will meet once a week (90 mins) and last for 6 weeks
 Time will depend on members, usually London afternoon (Taipei evening)
 Confidential online space to connect to other members and share your challenges and feelings
 £15 per session (TWD600), offer concession price and other currency, please contact for details
