This form is for creative change makers interested in applying to participate in the Citizen Participation University taking place August 16th - 20th, 2021 in Hungary at the Civil College in Kunbábony, near Budapest.

The eligibility criteria to apply are:
- Being e European creative change maker residing in Europe
- Experience using creativity for citizen participation and activism
- Being vaccinated before the event (due to COVID protection measures only vaccinated participants will be admitted)

We particularly welcome applications from people of color, women, migrants, LGBTIQ people, Roma people, and other under-represented groups.

There are some options (limited) for off-site housing which we can arrange, but this will be at an extra cost to you.
