Important Details:

- Logos provided by you will be prominently displayed on our backdrop wall.
- Your 1-minute teaser will play on a loop for all 3 event days on a screen at our booth.
- Demo time means you can demonstrate your solution with your equipment (we can broadcast it on a TV screen). You'll receive either 30 minutes or 1 hour of demo time on a day to be confirmed.

Membership Requirements:
- To participate, you must be a member of Euromersive (membership is free).
- Startups and resource-limited organizations are encouraged to apply.
- Participation is open to members of Euromersive within the emerging tech space or companies/associations aligned with our values.
- All must align with the themes and goals of VR Days Europe/Immersive Tech Week.
