The Me Too movement and Covid-19 have brought the unspeakable suffering of rape and abuse to the forefront of our attention. What hope does the Bible give to those burdened with the trauma of rape and emotional abuse? How can biblical counsellors help victims understand that Christ can redeem the trauma they have experienced and bring life out of the evil they have faced?

The Trauma of Rape and Emotional Abuse Conference will provide an understanding of what victims experience and how to biblically help them embrace the life that Christ brings. Dr Anne Dryburgh will seek to dispel myths surrounding abuse and trauma and help the counsellor understand how to compassionately and biblically help those suffering from the impact of the trauma they have experienced.
