IFVP GLOBAL SUMMIT PROPOSAL FORM
Each year the IFVP hosts member gatherings. Even numbered years are reserved for Global Summits and odd number years are for Regional Meetups. The formats for these events differ in duration, cost, and complexity of the program. An IFVP Global Summit offers maximum value for the time and financial investment of people who travel some distance to attend. It will include a four-day conference with three full days of professional development through plenary & breakout sessions, intentional community building at an opening reception and celebration dinner, and 1 or 2 keynote speakers from complementary professions. Intensive professional development delivered via three or more pre-conference sessions will be available for an additional cost.

This form will be sent to the proposal review committee, which may contact you for more information. Our goal is to have all proposals in by May 29 so that the June IFVP board meeting can consider a recommendation.

A Global Summit must have at least 3 IFVP members as organizers and one IFVP board director as a liaison and some past experience in event planning. Please note those names here along with their role, email and event management experience.
