LCOC - Survey for returning to in-person worship/events
This brief survey will provide feedback to help make the decisions for future in-person activities.  Please note that all of our worship services will be available online, even if also in-person.  Your health and well-being are our first priority.  

The current plans for protocols include:
               Wearing masks required
               Hand sanitizer placed at the entrance to the church and other places within the church
               Social distancing in the sanctuary, narthex and throughout the church
Hymnals removed from the sanctuary
       No congregational singing
Communion – no common cup or intinction
