Provide Frontline Leaders the tools to improve communication, engagement, and productivity of frontline workers. Leaders will become more competent and confident resulting in increased employee engagement, better productivity, higher employee satisfaction, and reduced turnover. Using our exclusive Active Learning Model (ALM) participants will learn through assessment, practice, application, and reflection. Each participant will complete a DISC assessment prior to the first class and a Conflict Mode assessment prior to the third session.
