The final registration date is 15.12.2020.  It is recommended to register as soon as possible.

FLIGHTS
ToolBox: is providing domestic flight reservations in Australia (Sydney - Brisbane 23.3, Brisbane - Melbourne 23.3 and Melbourne - Sydney 26.3 and those who participates for Hobart workshop Hobart - Sydney 27.3 ). Especially if you want to stay in Melbourne longer or you would like to continue to Hobart (Tasmania), please indicate that in the end of this summary.

ACCOMMODATION
ToolBox has room allotments of hotels in Sydney and Melbourne. Those are NOT included in the participation fee but you can indicate here if you want to use those hotels. We can assist you to book also other hotels nearby if you want.
We have some restrictions for the room size and dates. You will get later on more information about the accommodation reserevations.

PRICE INCLUDES
Workshop events in each city, Welcome Info, flights in Australia in Economy Class (flights (company+timetable) chosen by ToolBox Consulting Ltd.)), catering during the workshop, Buyers' and Suppliers' Manuals, transfers to the airport as follows: Sydney - Sydney Airport, Brisbane Airport - Brisbane - Brisbane Airport, Melbourne Airport - Melbourne - Melbourne Airport. Transfers in Melbourne for Sales Visits and Travel Agent trainings.
For Hobart Workshop additionally: Hobart Airport - Hobart - Hobart Airport.

PRICE DOESN'T INCLUDE
Individual arrival to Sydney (Australian visa, flights, transfers), accommodation, meals during the Roadshow, cargos, extra luggages for domestic flights, flight tickets in Business class in Australia domestic flights.

You are free to book your own accommodation. Accommodation is not included to the Roadshow package or to Hobart Workshop. But we like to assist you. Hotels are chose here because either those are workshop hotels OR those are located very nearby of the venue place. We have limited amount of hotel rooms available. Hotels are all **** category. In Melbourne we use apartment hotel but they provide breakfast. As approved Supplier you are entitled to request also SGL or DSU room from us. Please indicate which is your preferred hotel. The rooms are depend on availability and prizes varies.  Each time we will find your final acceptance before making the booking.

Case flight from Melbourne to Sydney 16.10 for those who are not coming to Hobart (Tasmania). We have booked flight tickets in the morning flight from Melbourne to Sydney. IF you want to fly an other time than 16.10, please let us know what is your preferable day and time to fly to Sydney.
