All interested eighth grade students are encouraged to participate in a "Glimpse of a Gladiator" visit at Christ the King Jesuit College Prep.

Glimpse of a Gladiator visitors will be at CTK from 7:30am to 12:00pm. Lunch WILL be provided before dismissal. Students should wear their elementary school's uniform. If the student does not wear a uniform to school, we ask that no jeans are worn to their Shadow Day.

**Face masks are required throughout the student's visit. Based on the updated COVID-19 guidelines provided by the City of Chicago, students attending events at Christ the King must show proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test result. The negative result must be dated two days before the date of their visit. Your student will be asked to show the results or proof of vaccination before starting their visit.**

Before completing this registration form, visiting students should have permission from their elementary/middle school to participate.

Please select only one preferred date and a second option upon registration. The Admissions Office will reach out to you if the date(s) selected are already filled.
