Skaters must notify the test chair one month in advance of the test date if planning to take a Senior Level Moves or Free Skate Test.  The completed test application will be received and verified by Columbine Figure Skating Club or “CFSC”.  CFSC will invoice skaters for the amount owed, this includes all test fees and other costs outlined below.   You may also contact the Test Chair, Jen Betz at jenb.sphr@gmail.com, with any questions. The completed application must be received by the registration deadline. If you are not a member of Columbine: “Candidates wishing to take a test sponsored by any other than their Home Club shall obtain and present written permission from the Test Chair or duly authorized representative of their Home Club or the candidates will not be permitted to take the test, except in such cases where an agreement exists between clubs that written permission is not necessary.” [USFSA Rule TR 3.09(2000)].  Notification may be sent via email to the test chair and must be received by the application deadline.  United States Figure Skating and its Member Clubs conducting tests undertake no responsibility for damages or injuries suffered by the candidates. As a condition of and in consideration of the acceptance of their applications, all candidates and their parents and/or guardians shall be deemed to have agreed to assume all risks of injury to the candidate’s person and property resulting from, caused by or connected with the conduct and management of the test, and to release any and all claims which they may have against any officials, the USFSA, the club holding the test, and against their officers. Applications shall be accepted only on the foregoing conditions. [USFSA Rule TR 7.03 (2000)] *
Additional Fees related to testing:                        Hospitality Fee of $5.00 required of all skaters.        Non-Club Fee of $25 if you are not a member of Columbine FSC*.                                                                 Late Fee of $25 after the due date with Chair Approval.  Late entries are accepted only with prior approval from the Test Chair.                                                                   *Non-Club fees for members of Alpine FSC are waived per Apex Agreement. Skater will be invoiced within 48 hours of registration and payment must be made by April 13 or you will be removed from the schedule. *
