For GRADUATES of an 8-week MBSR (or other MB) class: Refresh or re-start your practice with a day of mindfulness. All graduates of previous MBSR / MBCT classes are welcome. We meet from 10am-5pm on Zoom Saturday, May 15th. There will be an assortment of practices, including opportunities to practice outside.
The nice thing is, you are all set up at home with everything you need: Your lunch, a mat, any sitting supplies you like.
There is some limitation on space (so Laura can see everyone on the screen easily), so it is possible to be placed on a wait list. Otherwise you'll be sent the zoom link for Saturday with the reminders of what you'll need.
