In return for being allowed to participate in the Events, I release, and agree not to sue, The RISE Family Inc, RISE Athletics or any DBA. I agree that this participation is at my own will and any injury is not the responsibility of any of RISE's employees, contractors, officers, owners, sub-contractors, volunteers, referees or staff likewise. I release all present and future claims that may be made by me, my family, estate, heirs, or assigns for property damage, personal injury, or wrongful death arising as a result of my participation in the Events with RISE including, without limitation, claims caused by the ordinary negligence of any of the Released Parties, wherever, whenever, or however the damage, injury, or death may occur. I understand and agree that the Released Parties are not responsible for any injury or property damage arising out of or in any way related to the Events, even if caused by their ordinary negligence. I further agree to indemnify the Released Parties for any claims made by, or on behalf of, me for any claim of property damage, personal injury, or wrongful death arising as a result of my participation in the Events. Such indemnity extends to the costs of defending or settling a claim made against a Released Party (including, without limitation, reasonable and I understand that participation in the Events involves certain risks, including, but not limited to, those of serious injury or death. I am voluntarily participating in the RISE Events with knowledge of the danger involved and agree to accept and assume all risks of participation in the Events and all related activities. The RISE Family Inc and Rise Athletics, LLC, and facility Event is being held at has not undertaken to determine whether I have any medical condition that can cause me to be unable to participate, and I acknowledge that The RISE Family Inc and Rise Athletics, LLC, and facility the Event is being held and has no duty to do so. *
