Please fill out this form to let us know how your child(ren) will be getting to school for the 2020-2021 School Year. Please fill out one form per child in your household that will be attending either Ward Elementary, Jennings Elementary, or Jennings High School.This will help us determine bus routes and A/B day rotations for students in grades 6-12.

Parents are encouraged when possible to transport their child(ren) to and from school. Students from the same household will be expected to share a seat on school buses. ALL STUDENTS (PK-12) will be required to wear a face mask during transport via school bus.
