Calling all Little Kernels and Little Kernelettes in Harrison County!
Ages 3, 4, and 5  

Come out and be part of the Harrison County Popcorn Festival with your little one.
Judging will take place on Saturday, July 1st, at the Harrison County Popcorn Festival at 5:00 p.m. and the 2023 Harrison County Popcorn Festival Little Kernel and Little Kernelette will be named at approximately 6:00 p.m.

Little Kernels & Little Kernelettes must be between three and five years old. Various activities will be put in place for contestants to participate in and they will be judged on collaboration, attitude, and creativity to be titled as the 2023 Harrison County Popcorn Festival Little Kernel and Little Kernelette.

Register below or on Saturday, July 1st, at the Hurley D. Conrad Memorial Bandstand on the Square between 4:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.* The crowning will take place on the Bandstand at approximately 6:00 p.m.

Attire: Sunday best. No formal/pageant dresses or tuxedos.

There is no entry fee.

The Little Kernel and Little Kernelette agree to return in 2024 to crown the winners.

*Pre-registered contestants will receive a goody bag.
