The Harriet Tubman Women’s Clinic is a non-profit clinic in Clarkston, GA (~20 minutes from EUH) for uninsured, low-income, women seeking a wide range of women’s health services. Since our relocation from the heart of Atlanta to the Clarkston community, we’ve had a very interesting expansion of our traditional patient population to include large numbers of patients with immigrant or refugee statuses. HTWC provides a holistic approach to patient care and a wonderful opportunity for physicians to teach medical students of all levels, undergraduate volunteers, and community members about the importance of women’s health. The clinic is open every Sunday from 4pm-8pm.
PLEASE NOTE: We are particularly looking for clinicians/providers (MD, NP, PA) with five or more years of experience in women’s health care with strong comfort level with breast and pelvic examinations and related health maintenance and contraceptive counseling. These providers have to be comfortable enough to supervise medical students and other trainees. If you are eligible, please submit your information below and we will reach out.
