Catalyzing Advocacy in Science and Engineering (CASE) - UC San Diego Delegation - 2024
The American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) will host the Catalyzing Advocacy in Science and Engineering (CASE) workshop in Washington, DC from April 14-17, 2024. The CASE workshop is an exciting opportunity to learn from policy and advocacy experts about the role of science in the federal policymaking process. It will provide participants with the resources and skills necessary to become voices for research throughout their careers.

UC San Diego will sponsor the attendance of three students for the workshop. Participating students must be enrolled full-time in an undergraduate (upper-class) or graduate degree program in one of the following fields (including interdisciplinary programs): biological, physical, or earth sciences; computational sciences and mathematics; engineering disciplines; medical and health sciences; or social and behavioral sciences.

Please fill out the form below if you are interested in participating. UC San Diego's federal relations team will review the applications and contact you if you are selected to participate. Thank you for your interest!
