Hello Friends! Thanks for your interest in vending at the first ever Deep Keeps Pickers Market. We're excited to see where this sale takes us. The idea is to offer an inexpensive vending opportunity for vendors and bargain prices for shoppers. All vendors are required to offer their merch at a discounted rate. Selling in volume or bulk is encouraged. We are looking for vintage resellers that deal in clothing, home decor, housewares, and ephemera from Y2K or older.
Doors open at 11am. Vendors are welcome to arrive starting at 9:30 to set up. Deep keeps will provide food and refreshments all for vendors, free tables and chairs as supplies last and cash change for vendors on-site .
Applications are Due by April 17th.
About the Space
Leaven Community Space is a church facility and serves as a community gathering place. There's a tool library, office, kitchen and meeting rooms available to the community. Deep Keeps will take place in the foyer and the main chapel of the church. You're welcome to research the space via their website here or on site during open hours. Deep Keeps is a 100% non-religious event.
Vendor Space Info
All Vendor spaces are 8 X 10 and cost $35 for the day. We have a limited number of 6ft and 8ft tables and they are available for free on a first come first serve basis. We have plenty of seating for vendors. Applications are Due by April 17th. Vendors cannot purchase multiple spaces, however, they can share their space with one other vendor.
Payment for booth fee is due upon review of vendor application and confirmation that the vendor will be vending at Deep Keeps. Payments can be made via Venmo, Cashapp, Paypal.
