The McNairy County School District would like to thank everyone for their support during the challenges we have all faced due to the Covid-19 pandemic. As we begin to focus on what the next school year will look like, we want to address the concerns that parents/guardians may have regarding our return to school in August . We want to assure you that we are researching, planning, and preparing to make the transition into the new school year as smooth and safe as possible.

One of the reasons for this survey is to  make decisions for  online instruction to continue .  We are carefully considering the online route as an option for  students  who  may  have  extenuating circumstances and not feel safe returning to the traditional school setting. It is important  to  know  what the capabilities are for those students and families that might choose an online option and how best we might be able to address those difficulties. All students, whether traditional or online, will be held to the same state standards and expectations.

Remember the purpose of this survey is to gauge concerns and gather information about ways we can best educate the students of McNairy County. Please complete this survey to help us gather data that will enable us to work together to make the best educational decisions for your student . We ask that  you would complete and submit your feelings and concerns about the start of school by June 12th. The earlier we can gather this information the quicker we can finalize our plans for the beginning of the school year 20-21.
