River Valley Cycling's 2022 Membership Survey
We're trusting you to tell us whether the brakes are squeaky.

RVC has had a really great year but we are not seeing it in terms of our membership rebounding to pre-pandemic levels. Please take a 5-10 minutes to let us know what we're doing well and where we need to improve. We've set this survey up to be anonymous so please be honest with us.

*
RVC's current membership cost is $30 for an individual or $60 for a family living in the same household. Wintertime riding is a separate membership.  How do you feel about this price?

RVC notices that a lot of people get part-way through the membership process, but that they don't go through with the payment. Does this sound familiar?   *
If RVC could figure out a smooth system. Would you be willing to set up an annual automatic renewal of your membership?  *
