Welcome to our Parish Form for registering interest in our First Holy Communion Programme for 2024/25. We are delighted that you are interested in preparing for this Sacrament. We are looking forward to making this journey with you.

Below is the form to register. Please fill in all the fields of information. (There is more than one page).

First Holy Communion Programme - We ask for a contribution of £70 to cover the costs of the programme. On our Parish Website (ealingabbeyparish.uk/first-holy-communion) you will find a button saying "£70 contribution." Click on that to make your contribution. Be sure to submit this form before clicking on the contribution button. 

Our First Holy Communion preparation is for children in years 3, 4 or 5 (in September 2024). You must be a Parishioner of the Abbey and be contributing to the life of the Parish. If you live outside of the Parish, please make contact with us and we will help you find your local Parish who will be delighted to have you prepare with them.
