Returning Rowers Registration Form Fall 2021

Please fill out all of the requested information to register your son/daughter for the 2021 Fall Rowing Program (Sept 08 - Oct 31, Weekly Tuesday - Saturday).

- Fall 2021 starts on Wednesday, 09/08/2021 at RHS, 6-8pm.
- Starting 09/09/2021, Groups A and B alternate in PRRA and RHS. The buses transport rowers to PRRA Tuesday through Friday. Details on the group assignment and the buses are going to be provided before the training starts. On Saturdays, all rowers practice at PRRA, with no bus transportation.
- On Sept 16, there is no bus and both groups practice at PRRA.
- There will be 3 ~ 4 regattas scheduled.

The 2021 Fall program is $1,600.

**IMPORTANT** In addition to this registration form, the Ridgewood Crew COVID-19 Safety Protocol approval is required prior to any participation. You may read the Protocol at RidgewoodCrew.com. The protocol was approved by the Bergen Department of Health and must be followed by all Bergen County rowing programs. Please note that the rower's and coach's health and safety is of utmost importance and we will follow the state and local health guidelines. Any changes to the Covid-19 Safety Protocol will be communicated via crew news.

RIDGEWOOD CREW COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOL: Core Principles - Check that you have read and agree to each item. *

1. Athletes must follow the rules and regulations set forth by the CDC and the NJ Department of Health. Training should focus on a 'get in, train, get out' approach, minimizing unnecessary contact.

2. All rowers and coaches should sanitize or wash their hands with soap for at least 20 seconds upon arrival and should follow hand-washing protocols regularly. Athletes shall carry small containers of hand sanitizer to use after touching potentially contaminated surfaces.

RIDGEWOOD CREW COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOL: Athlete Health Monitoring/Return to Training Guidelines - Check that you have read and agree to each item. *

1. Any individual know to have been exposed to a person who has been sick &/or diagnosed with COVID-19 must self-report to a designated person at the club if the rower was physically present at the boathouse within the prior 14 days, and the individual must self-quarantine for 14 days before returning.

2. All individuals must self-monitor for symptoms of COVID-19 daily. These symptoms include: fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea. If any of these symptoms exist the person should not come to the pen.

3. If individuals feel any of the symptoms mentioned in #2 during or after practice, contact the coaches and/or Ridgewood Crew Board member and do not attend practice. The individual should reach out to his or her doctor for assistance.

4. If an individual has had a documented case of COVID-19, they will need a note from their doctor indicating they are cleared to resume participation in training.

RIDGEWOOD CREW COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOL: Outdoor Facility Use Guidelines - Check that you have read and agree to each item. *

1. Ridgewood Crew will follow state and local guidelines pertaining to parks and public waterways in the operation of on-the-water training.

2. Any shared equipment that is being used, will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with alcohol (70% minimum) disposable surface wipes before and after each use.
