Author expression of interest for ARR2025
If you are interested in having a signing table at A Romantic Rendezvous in 2025, please fill in the form below. Note that spots will be limited, so we may not be able to include everyone. We will consider any published romance authors, but our final decision will be based on who we think romance readers will most want to meet, so be sure to convince us that is you! Priority will be given to ARRA author members.

ARR2025 will be held in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth in March 2025. The events will be held on two consecutive weekends:

Brisbane, Saturday 22 March 2025
Sydney, Sunday 23 March 2025
Melbourne, Saturday 29 March 2025
Perth, Sunday 30 March 2025

We've taken on board comments from readers and will be changing the format of the day. The signing will be a half day (afternoon) and we'll also be having a couple of panel discussions/author talks in the morning, followed by an author luncheon (each table hosted by an author).

Each event to be a full day, but PLEASE NOTE the signing will be in the afternoon only. 

We will be offering full and half tables for the signing. This time the table cost will not include lunch (as the signing starts at 1 pm), but you will be able to book for the lunch if you choose to (at cost). The table price will be adjusted to reflect the shorter signing time.

Authors will be welcome to come along to the panels and luncheon.

We would like information on the books you have published (type and number) and ways in which you think you could help to promote the event (social media you are active on, number of followers etc). Author promotion is crucial to the success of the events.

You will not hear back from us for a little while, so please be patient :)
