Insure the appliance you are issuing a repair for was provided by the owner and is warranted for repair or replacement. Reference your lease for information pertaining to Appliance repair.
Is it plugged in? Okay, that sounds a bit nutty, but "Yes", that does happen.
Has everything user serviceable (things You should reasonably do) been conducted and/or kept regularly? An example: Refrigerator is no longer cooling or freezing properly. Have you vacuumed/brushed clean the freon coil underneath the refrigerator? If it is fouled with dust or otherwise covered with debris, Guess What! That could be the problem!
Is it "lighted", but the light isn't working? Is it the correct type of appliance bulb? If "blown" or just "loose", has that been addressed?
