The information you give me will purely be used for my own records and will go nowhere else.

Why am I collecting these details?
This streamlines the process of getting started hugely - usually the process is many emails back and forth that can take weeks. This way you give me info once and then we can start sessions as soon as a space becomes available. No waiting to gather the information from either side.
