Please use this Husky Holidays Booking Form when looking to submit your details in order to process you booking.
Booking Process:
Please note that all Husky Holidays trips are on request, and subject to confirmation.
Once a trip has been identified and duration, cost and particulars are confirmed and agreed upon between guest and Husky Holidays, Husky Holidays will require a 10% deposit, and the submission of this booking form.
*Husky Holiday advises that travel insurance is taken out from this point – insurance should start from the date a holiday is booked, not for the date of travel incase of any cancellations or unforeseen changes.
Upon receipt of the deposit Husky Holidays will reach out to its ground team to confirm the booking in place (24-48hrs)
If the requested departure date is unavailable Husky Holidays will offer an alternative date where possible. If no alternative dates are acceptable Husky Holidays will issue a full refund of the deposit taken.
Assuming the trip is confirmed, Husky Holidays will then issue confirmation details.
Husky Holidays does not arrange flights. We strongly advise that flights are NOT booked until the trip is confirmed.
Final payment will be due 60 days prior to start date of the tour, and a reminder will be sent out via email at 90 days prior.
A late payment fee will be added to any outstanding payments that have missed the 60 day deadline at a rate of £1.50 per day per booking.
