HOA no longer charges a local membership fee. We encourage all teachers to be an AOSA member. If you are an AOSA member you are also an HOA member with voting rights.

Teachers who do not belong to AOSA will pay a small up charge to attend workshops (this is new and required by AOSA national) and are considered a workshop participant (rather than a local member).
