Governor Roy Cooper has three plans for reopening schools in the fall:

Plan A: Minimal social distancing with face to face instruction
Plan B: Moderate social distancing with students on alternating days/weeks with some remote learning
Plan C: Remote learning only

The survey below is to gather information from parents about what they will elect to do with their students in the fall, if the governor decides to move into Plan B for reopening schools.
