Pandemic Parenting: Strategies for Self-Care and Reinforcement of Social-Emotional Wellness at home
In this 2-Part workshop series parents will learn self-care strategies for themselves and how to reinforce the social-emotional curriculum in school. In the first workshop (Feb 9 1:30 & Feb 16 @7:30), we’ll discuss specific, accessible strategies for taking care of yourself during this difficult time. In the second part (Mar 2 @1:30 & Mar 9@7:30), you will learn more about the Social-Emotional Learning competencies your children are learning in school and how to reinforce these skills at home. Participants can join for one or both workshops.
