Please note: funded childcare is applicable from 0900 - 1200 and 1230 - 1530 ONLY
All other sessions will be charged as indicated.

There is a compulsory consumables charge of £3.00 per child, per 3-hour morning or afternoon session

Please give details of any additional needs your child has, or outside professionals currently involved with your child/family i.e. paediatrician, speech and language therapist. This is so we can ensure your child has the best support during any sessions they attend our setting. *
Does your child have any SEND diagnosis or do you have any concerns around their development? If yes, please give details. This will allow us to ensure the right support can be offered. Please ask for a copy of our SEND policy. *
