9. Deck Supervisors must be able to lead pre and post shift huddles. What types of public speaking do you feel most comfortable with?

10. Are you able to be an effective ambassador to Goldfish? Can you speak intelligently about the core values and explain the business? *
11. Coaching and confrontation are prevalent aspects of any leadership position, including that of Deck Supervisor. Tell us how you would confront a work friend if you saw them teaching a child a wrong form.
