The proposed community name must contain the following format “PMO [region] Community” (e.g. PMO UK Community). Names should be descriptive of the geographic region in which the chapter will operate.
What is the objective of forming a local PMO Community in your region?
(i.e. what is the PMO community’s mission statement?)
What support do you need from PMO Global Institute to achieve the community objectives?
Who are the potential stakeholders with whom the community will collaborate? (e.g. education institutions, businesses, government agencies, etc.)
Describe the activities that will deliver value to the membership of the proposed PMO community.
a) What is the level of project management maturity in the area?
b) What are the leading industries and employers in the area?
c) List any existing competitors for the community in the area.
How many PMO webinars (1 - 2 hours) do you plan to organize in the next 12 months?
Do you think you can grow the community membership base by at least 50 members in the next 12 months? If yes, how will you achieve that?
