Custom cookies, cakes, and other treats can be ordered at any time depending on availability. The more lead time we have for your order, the more likely we will be able to fulfill it for you.
Our bakery is located at 726 S. Bois D’Arc Ave., Tyler Tx 75701, in the Brick Streets Historical District.
This is where you will be picking up your orders. Pickup should be during our normal business hours on a Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, or Saturday. The address and pickup time will be listed on your invoice as well.
Our normal business hours are:
Tuesday through Friday: 10am to 6pm
Saturday: 10am to 3pm
Most treats have a MINIMUM ORDER.
Full-sized, decorated cookies - Minimum 1 Dozen
Mini decorated cookies - Minimum 2 Dozen
Cupcakes - Minimum 1 Dozen
Cakepops/Cakesicles - Minimum 2 dozen, or 1 Dozen Cupcakes & 1 Dozen Cakepops/Cakesicles
Macarons - Minimum 2 Dozen
By filling out this form, you’re not securing your order. The form will be used to quote the order. Once you complete the order form you will receive a response from us within 24-72 hours via EMAIL regarding your request. We will confirm pick-up, details, and pricing. IF YOU DON'T RECEIVE AN EMAIL, PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM/JUNK FOLDER. Then be sure to add our email to your contacts.
*** If you agree with the quote, you will be required to pay a 50% deposit, plus sales tax, to hold your order within a short, specified timeframe. If your deposit payment is not made as requested, your invoice and order will be canceled immediately. The remaining balance will be due at pickup, or you can pay in full when you receive the invoice.
We offer three ways to pay:
1) In person at our bakery during normal business hours with cash or credit/debit card.
2) Over the phone with your credit/debit card (additional processing fees may apply).
3) Online via our Square payment service with your credit/debit card. A link will be sent upon request.
Our full-sized, custom decorated cookie sizes average from 3.5 - 4.0 inches. Our mini decorated cookies average from 2.0 - 2.5 inches. All cookies are cut to 3/8" inch thick. Cookies may be individually wrapped and heat sealed for freshness upon customer request. Please include "individually wrapped" in your order's "Customer Notes" section below if you'd like for us to do this.
