Brigadier General Charles McGee KID Museum STEM Scholarship

KID Museum’s camps are designed and led by professional maker educators and develop real-world skills through fun, hands-on projects. From June 20th through August 25th, weeklong sessions are geared towards 2nd to 4th graders, 5th to 7th graders, and 7th to 9th graders.

The Brigadier General Charles McGee Alpha Phi Alpha Youth STEM Scholarship Program is providing scholarships for use by any family that has a financial need.  The scholarships are valued at $480 each, which reduces the camp price to $20. Please keep in mind only two scholarship spots maximum are available per child. The scholarships may be used for any of the one-week camp sessions at both KID Museum locations, Bethesda Metro Center or Davis Library (North Bethesda). KID Museum Bethesda Metro Center is conveniently located steps from the Bethesda red line Metro station and near several parking garages. The Davis Library location is at 6400 Democracy Blvd, North Bethesda and has ample free parking.
