Booth and Vendor Interest Form

We are thrilled to invite you to join us at the Hala Festival, a celebration of the native Hala (Pandanus tectorius), a cherished for its importance as a cultural and natural resource in Hawai'i. This event serves as a platform to bring our community together to learn from one another.

Through a diverse range of workshops, performances, and exhibitors, we aim to provide an opportunity for everyone to foster a deeper connection to hala and to play an active role in protecting hala and preserving our traditions for future generations. This event is organized by the Big Island Invasive Species Committee in collaboration with Pōhaku Pelemaka. 

Spaces are limited and will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. You will need to bring your own table and chairs for the event. 

The price for a craft vendor is $35 and food vendors are $75. We accept cash, check, or venmo payment to https://venmo.com/u/Kawehi22 Kawehi Young @kawehi22 - (last four digits of phone number 3752)

Checks should be made out to Big Island RC&D and mailed to Big Island Invasive Species Committee - 23 E Kawili St. Hilo, HI 96720.
