4. Confirm Availability: To facilitate a smooth scheduling process, please consult our public calendar for existing reservations and open dates. 

Application Review & Confirmation: Kindly note that submitting the application does not guarantee a reservation. A dedicated Loring Collective board member will carefully assess your submission and communicate through email within 1-2 business days to discuss further details. If your application is approved, they will confirm the booking. Our board members are available for assistance beyond standard business hours, Monday to Friday.
