Thank you for your interest in Whispp and our scientific research study about whispering and voice disorders.  

Currently, the Whispp app is being developed that enables persons who experience voice problems to make phone or video calls using whispered speech. This questionnaire is part of a scientific research study on calling behavior in relation to speech/voice disorders and how whispering can help mitigate symptoms  

At the end of the questionnaire, you will have the option to be contacted for further participation in this and/or a subsequent study.

You can participate if you are 18 years of age or older. Please fill in the form in English (for a Dutch version of the questionnaire, see above)

Confidentiality  
Your responses will be kept confidential and only be used in relationship to this study. No information that identifies you in any way will be published. This personal information will be destroyed 7 years after the end of the project. Only data that does not identify you will be kept after this date.  

Advantages and disadvantages
By participating in this research, you will be able to contribute to the advancement of knowledge on stuttering/voice disorders and calling behavior. No risks are associated to your participation.

Right of withdrawal
Your participation is voluntary. You may withdraw at any time. If you decide to withdraw and would like the information you have already entered to be erased, please contact the researchers via research@whispp.com.
