As you are likely aware, the College is facing severe budget shortfalls. To ensure financial stability, we are developing a Multi-Year Budget and Enrollment Plan that includes a realistic assessment of our revenues and expenditures over the next five years and that will help guide fiscal decision making.
The Participatory Governance Council will review and discuss this plan on November 5, and the Board of Trustees will receive this document during its November 12, 2020 meeting.
Leading up to those key events, we are seeking your feedback on this draft plan by November 4, 2020:
