Reservation fee is necessary to confirm a slot on the learning event.

Php 1,000.00 for 1 day seminar
Php 2,000.00 for 2 days seminar

Should the participant wish to cancel his/her reservation, he/she may refund the 50% of his/her reservation fee.
Refund of the remaining reservation fee shall be applicable for cancellations made atleast two (2) weeks before the date of the learning event.
Payment of the full balance shall be made atleast one (1) week before the event.
Cancellation made less than one week of the event shall be entitled only of 40% refund on the whole package payment.
Walk -in participants shall be subject to available slot basis.
Certificates will be given only to those who have accomplished the evaluation form.
Tax and Accounting Center, Inc. will take photos of the seminar which may or may not include your recognizable image. By participating in this event, you consent to your voice, name, image, and/or likeness being used without compensation, in any form or medium, as part of the recording of the event and for any other commercial purposes (including in advertising and promotional materials).
The materials for this seminar are protected. Any form of audio, video or image recording of the seminar or PowerPoint slides used by the speaker is strictly prohibited.
The management of Tax and Accounting Center, Inc. reserves the right to refuse entry or evict any person who breaches these terms and conditions or deemed to be intoxicated or disorderly or under the influence of drugs;
The management of Tax and Accounting Center, Inc. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event because of unforeseen circumstances, fortuitous events, or any other unfavorable situations or conditions;
If the seminar is cancelled because of unusual or unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure, Tax and Accounting Center, Inc. will give the participant 3 options:

1st option, Participants may wait for another schedule of the same seminar.
2nd option, Participants may choose to attend a different seminar program.
3rd option, Participants may refund his/her seminar fee. (Less applicable cost of refund such as bank charge/ money transfer fee.)

If the participant decides not attend the seminar without notice, Tax and Accounting Center, Inc. reserves the right to forfeit 100% of the amount paid.
