Ecstatic dance is free expression through conscious movement - both on the dance floor and through one's own emotions and feelings. It is a non-verbal, somatic journey, unique and at the same time co-created by everyone present, a safe space for everyone to feel free while respecting the common space. 

The Dance Temple gatherings will be happening every 1st weekend of the month on the rooftop of Go A Lisboa.  This time will be on the 19th to celebrate the arrival of Spring!

The event will be outdoors if the weather allows it
