NASA Virtual Field Trip - How to Build a Satellite
Building a satellite takes many steps, requires help from a team, and needs creativity and innovation to make things work.
You will explore the engineering design process and how scientists and engineers at NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center use it to solve problems. We will also talk about tools and components of a satellite with demonstrations focusing on infrared light.
We look forward to e-meeting you on this fun trip!
**Please note: this event is designed for 10-14yo and will take place on Thursday, 28 January at 7pm (Irish Time) over Zoom. Places are limited and will be assigned on a first-come first-served basis.
